Quote:Rupp is the 2017 Sun Belt Conference pitcher of the year and a first-team all-conference selection. She finished the season with a 1.22 earned run average and 325 strikeouts in 264.2 innings in the circle. Her ERA ranked 12th in the nation while her strikeout total was the seventh most in the country. Rupp has ranked in the top 10 in strikeouts in each of her three seasons in San Marcos. In addition to her strikeouts and ERA, Rupp’s 11 shutouts ranked 10th in the nation.
