Correct. W&M should indeed do nothing. This was poor vetting on W&M's part, but you are stuck with the consequences. The AD selection committee had no fewer than four sitting D1 athletic directors who applied for the open AD position. They were passed over. Why? We are beginning to see all the holes in the resume. Something smells.

We know little or nothing about all this, so conjecture and "poor vetting" and "four sitting D1 athletic directors applied for the job" remarks have no weight nor real validity.

Could not agree more.

There's nothing for us to do. Huge is our AD and we're not involved in this. We need to work with her for the best outcome for Tribe athletics. Outside posters who try to create fake news issues for us to deal with are an unnecessary distraction.

Or is it is a big mess. Just as much as everyone says we don't have the information or we aren't involved in this, we have Samantha Huge, and the facts will come out and it will be resolved. I'm hoping for the best. My gut is not feeling like it should.

True, Ceteris paribus you'd rather not have your brand new AD's name come up in a lawsuit at her past job. If Delaware's smart and wraps this up before anyone gets deposed everything should be fine.

Seems like there is at least one too many Chicken Littles on this post....
