Actually, you know that has possibilities given this city's brewing heritage and excellent micro operations. A reason for people to visit and enjoy a little used park again. I can almost envision a New York Times pictorial story about this unique public/private venture celebrating Zinzinnati's brewing heritage.

Just sayin', my Alma Mater, Metropolitan State University-Denver, moved their Student Union into an old, historic brewery that was adjacent to the campus and now they have a whole major on brewing... It's harder than it looks.

If UC wanted to expand their majors, that'd be a great way to go.

I'm fairly certain Cincy State has a Brewing Associates degree nowadays. It wouldn't be a bad idea for UC at all.
