I'll be a fan of whatever school he lands at. Nobody can question the guy's work ethic or dedication. For one reason or another, he just couldn't get us around the corner. I do think he has raised the level of the program for the next guy to take over.

That said, I'm not second guessing Terry Holland for a minute. If there is anyone on this continent I would want heading up a basketball HC search, it's him.

VVV Yeah, I know. Its a tough sell on me right now for various reasons.

IF you get down to the Black and White of it the losses/losing seasons did him in.

Then the gray of it
CAA vs CUSA? C'mon...we know which was the better conference and the tougher conference to win in.

We know ECU has no bball history behind it, winning or otherwise

BH and ECU w/ CUSA affiliation finally started getting in the kind of talent to build a winner.

IN this season loses and blowout ones a few times to teams we shouldn't have that happen to. Coupled with wins to teams we probabbly shouldn't beat....but damn............. 2 Sophs, a Jr, and a Sr....everyone else is freshmen!!! .. I mean the newbies are just that newbies ... when this team gets another year under its belt it would have been dangerous.

Where is the money comgin from to pay all of these coaches is my biggest ? If we are strapped budget wise how can we afford 3 lame coaches for at least 3 more years.

THen the comparisons to the ACC, Charlotte, and UNCW. Well the ACC has better bball traadition than anyone in the nation...and it so happens that 4 of thsoe schools reside in NC. Charlotte's success is mainly because they have the $ to only fund bball........they have no other major sport there. Arguably the same can be said for UNCW.

..arg I am starting to ramble....

Think you'll be waiting until the season's over then. Statement on MM said that Holland won't talk to the press about it until the year's done.
