W&M basketball ? has only had brief moments of " luck" in its history and we must figure that sooner or later it will happen. Look at Northwestern this year. If they can, then can .

FWIW ... XM radio has been blaring out ole t.p. all over its many channels which does not give me much hope for the tourney. There is a rare antidote that pops up occasionally and will be searching up and down the dial for relief

Tom Petty Radio is a fixture on XM. It is my 2nd favorite preset in my car, right after MLB Home Plate. You guys have it all wrong. "I Won't Back Down" should be our theme song.

Rolled into town listening to talk radio, so now Petty jinx for me this season.

The Tribe mobile turned over 303,000 miles on the way, this may be its last tournament, gotta win this one. I've had the car for 20 years and its 25 years old now. Might need to transfer the Tribe license plate to my 17 year old car one of these days.

Its the most wonderful time of the year. Christmas for me, open a new present with each game. I don't want a lump of coal on any day. Looking for ward to a Red Ryder Bee Bee gun on Monday night!

I hope we can get it done. Lunched today with a Michigan alum/fan, and he felt the NW upset of his boys means NW is in. I grimaced, and advised that would mean four left, he did not know before then that we have not danced.

Yes....he has the lead vocal , so I have been told. Do not listen to that channel....just his show on Deep Tracks
tp's Buried Treasure show is pretty good since he does not play his own music, thank goodness, and the R&B he features are seldom heard elsewhere.

Divine intervention, Karma, good old fashion Luck definitely owes Tribe basketball. How much more can a program be snakebitten ? Sprained ankles to star players, spring breakitus, and just bad bounces have plagued W&M during tourney times.

Daly already has 14 of Delaware's 31 points, but Hofstra is leading 39-31, late in the first half.

Daly is a smart, gritty player and I wish we had him but I wonder if he hasn't already maxed out his potential.

A nice way to follow the tourney's scores live if you want to see how the bracket is shaping up minute by minute.

I'm not sure Gustys has ever recovered from that hard foul from Tarpey last year. Kinda like what Douglas did to Tyson in Japan.

How bad of a coach is Mahalich... So much talent on Hofstra and they are the 1st team out of the CAA tournament. Absolutely embarrassing

Haven't heard anyone else say this ... Jeez I'm glad Towson is not on our side of the bracket. As friggin' roughneck as that bunch is, it would take a few days for our guys to recover. So, win or lose, it would be a loss. I like the way the seeding/bracket sets up for us this year!

No students here for either game. It will be interesting to see if WM brings any students.
