I'm gonna go even further and say this might be the perfect setup for Troy. I couldn't be happier. Only "nick" I would give it is having to travel to Arkansas State. Everything else is gold. As our president might say "It's really, really the best schedule maybe ever in the history of ever, for Troy."

Ah, I didn't notice the Wednesday game. I thought it was a Thurs. I have no problem with Thursday games, though USA on a Wednesday is bizarre, I have to admit.

2 midweek home games for Troy. Yuck. Sucks for attendance.

Only qualm is ending the season on 9 straight games, but it happens. The flip side is our "new" offense will have 2 BYE weeks in the first 5 weeks of the season to make adjustments.

Why does GS play 3 of their 4 non-conference games on the road?

I know that has nothing to do with what was released today, just noticed and wondering is all.

Troy at Boise State in the opener is a marquee matchup for the SBC. Sagarin has Troy ahead of Boise, and Massey (non-composite) has us very close in the ratings. According to Phil Steele, Boise isn't returning a lot. I'm not seeing them run away with this. Troy will compete and could win.

It's crazy that our 2 BYE weeks are bookending the Indiana game, so we get 2 BYE Saturdays in just 3 weeks....conditioning & health will be key late into the season[/align]

We are playing 2 $ games & the trip to UMass is the 1st of our H/H series with them, they come to Statesboro in 2018.

Sbc has our game with stAte the last game of year... I think they did that on purpose

I was about to say, if ya'll can't figure out a way to get past us then that game will be for spoiler more than likely.

stAte has to survive Paulson as well, which is historically not easy.
