UC Regional Recruiting Break Down 2013-2017

Odd to see that the 2016 class had more FL & GA kids than OH. When I see it broken down like this I'm surprised we do not have more Indiana, Michigan and KY recruits.

Not too surprising that Navy's recruits come from the largest variety of states but interesting that a majority of them come from Tennessee. Any reason why that's the case?

Well obviously we all know the last staff made their bread and butter in those two states and ignored the 200 mile radius around campus. Aside for Gunner Kiel all those Indy guys we've had on the roster the past 4 years came from the Jones administration.
We had decent representation from Indiana and Michigan this year and I imagine that will continue.

I suspect, if you look at this list in three years, Ohio will have twice as many players as the second highest state, and numbers 2-6 will be a mix of Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Michigan, and Pennsylvania. California has been almost all JUCOs, and Virginia was primarily due to relationships.

I thought Navy insisted on being in the west div. because TX was their big recruiting area?
