Well this is...unexpected. One of the kids at my church is the senior pitcher for WCU and they made an announcement that he pitched 7 innings and they beat Coastal last night. Not sure if they're down this year, going through a NC hangover, or are just terrible against purple teams.

11-2 in CBB is not a guarantee, but boy would this be a helluva early-season confidence-builder for these Diamond Dukes if they can get this one.
