That would be something else if Drexel came in and beat UNCW this year at UNCW! What comes around goes around so I'm not going to gloat because things change in a New York minute in basketball. All I can say is that I'm VERY happy to have a team that's playing well and is on top. UNCW will be favored by about 16-18 or so you would think so it's up to Coach to make sure that they get up to a nice lead so that Jaylen, Matt and Chuck (with Marcus sick) can get some quality minutes. This is a perfect game to get the freshmen some quality time. Don't sleep on Big Chuck because I really like the kid! He's gonna be big for us in the Big Dance. We need that shot blocking presence down low against bigger teams. This is assuming that UNCW will get there and there's WORK to do to ensure things!

On a side note...I really like Coach Keatts and want him here as long as he wants to be here-we really like you leading us! He's been a real blessing to all of us. THANK YOU COACH and STAFF!! It's been fun seeing Trask rocking again and you saw that you could make that happen. This is a special place for hoops and you've restored it back to the top of mid/high major hoops. Thanks again....and don't let up! And, I pray that nobody gets hurt and they stay disciplined with their schoolwork and faith!

We're gonna be exhausted on Saturday and likely not at our best, similar to the way the NFL's Seahawks, over the last few years, wore teams down to the point where Seattle's opponent played poorly the week after facing them. We didn't leave much energy on the floor en route to a tough win tonight.

Luckily, we have 3 key things going for us:

1) Homecourt advantage in front of what should be a rabid student section,

2) No shortage of depth (Even in the frontcourt...if you haven't noticed, Marcus and Chuck have both been playing well), and

3) A scheme that works, against an opponent that matches up poorly with us.

If I were a betting man, I might not bank on us covering whatever the spread will be. But I do expect another W.

Absolutely. We laid down against Elon just so we could prep to pull the upset over your guys. We knew you would have a tough game against CofC so we laid down and just prepared for this game. Watch out!

Tank the game in Philly and put on this front of struggling young team so that when you get us in trask you will be the ones to hand us our first home loss and on TV at that
