I mean, why would someone be against affordable healthcare? Yet all Republicans and honestly the majority of Dems are against the ACA (some want single payer).

Our constitution puts limits on an imperial Presidency by providing a framework that requires a legislature to legislate standards on society. The President was granted the powers to enforce the laws made by Congress and, when necessary and in limited situations to assist in the enforcement of laws, issue administrative directives. It was never the intention of the framers for the President to "legislate" and in their infinite wisdom, provided for "checks and balances" within the constitutional that are specific in these instances.

Congress is simply fulfilling their responsibility to restrict the President from unilateral actions.

If overtime is a desirable standard, then it is up to the Congress to legislate such; it's not the President's right to do so. That's hardly an obscure tactic. Except to someone who may not understand the Constitution.

A more important question is why does Mach and Obama hate the poor who are trying to get experience in management positions in order to better themselves?

Beause that overtime order kills those opportunities. Cant have the poor and blacks elevate thru the managment ranks, can we Mach? Cant have them making more money and becoming less dependant on the government, can we Mach? Its hard to win elections as a libturd if that were allowed to happen.
