Again, schools are in the middle of Finals, so it's not an overloaded schedule by any means, with some teams playing only once this period. Lots of Non D1's on the schedule, including famous contests such as Montreat/App Blue Mountain (Great TV Show by the way)/ULM Georgia Southwestern vs Georgia State, and the ever famous Point/Troy game

UTA Is about to upset #12 St. Mary's Up by 15 with 4 minutes left!

They pull the upset, 65-51 on the road and hand the Gaels their first loss of the season.

7-1 Saturday for the conference today.

USA loss at Stetson the only loss.

Everyone else got home wins.
Texas state over Prairie View.
GSU over Georgia SW.
Troy over Alabama A&M.
Little Rock over UCA.
Coastal over North Carolina Central.
ULM over Jacksonville State in OT.
Louisiana over La Tech.

Nice win by the Cajuns. Not sure how great Tech will turn out to be, but any win over those across the street is a good win.

Who knows how good Tech will turn out, but they have one guy that shot like 7-3 point shots in the 2nd half and he was well guarded on some of them. He kept them in this one. This young Cajun team will be fun to watch this year. Of course this being a rivalry game makes the win even sweeter.

Some RPI-killing wins at the moment, but 6-1 v DI will be good when conference rolls around.

I'm worried what our game with UCA next week will do to our RPI. They are like 1-9 right now.

That's okay, over the course of the season, their RPI will only count for 25% of the conferences total. The other 75 will count as a win no matter what. That boosts the conference, and by proxy, stAte gets boosted too by playing more conference games. Of course, all that assumes a Red Wolf victory.

It's amazing how much of the RPI is a shell game that keeps the P5 at the top.

It's been really hilarious watching Realtime RPI change our projections over the course of the season. Before the year, they picked us to win roughly 10-11 games with a loss to UCA. Now they have us going 20-10 and finishing near the top of the Sun Belt
