And that's exactly what our defense needs, someone inside with an attitude. I really think the whole team could feed off that energy when he comes back. I'd love to see Jack and Nate adopt more of that style as well.

Where's JML when you need him?

Rocco needs to weigh in here on the JML mention. I think he's still looking for those extra 9-10 wins back in 2010-2011.

I can't stop twitching at the mere mention of his name.

My nephew is a Tribe student-athlete and says the word is that Seacat is not coming back to the team. Seacat is looking to transfer after this semester. Will no doubt leave W&M thin in the post this season, given Whitman & Knight's propensity to get into foul trouble. So, the Tribe needs another big man in their next recruiting class.
Pete,
I'm confident you have good intentions but spreading rumors about W&M students isn't allowed here. As an uncle of a current student-athlete, you wouldn't want someone to spread private information about your family member.

Lots of people on this forum have solid connections but a public messageboard is an inappropriate place to discuss situations that are not yet public.

I'm sure you understand. Thanks.

One Tribe. One Family.

Just Noticed on Twitter that Hunter Seacat announced he would be transfering to Appalichian Stae after this semester. So sorry to see him go, but I wish him the best of luck

Appy coach is a protege of Davidson's McKillop, and a HS teammate of Hunter's is on the team, though he doesn't see any floor time. Not knowing all the complications from Hunter's incident, all we can say is best wishes. Team certainly needed him.

Really need a solid grad transfer big man with immediate eligibility for next season, but that will be a tall order. Imagine we'll inevitably have to experiment with Rowley as the lone fall back option for Whitley and Knight, if a game situation dictates. Pray for no injury(s).

Crap. Good luck to you Hunter. I hope this is a better life choice for you than I suspect it may be.
