Ian McCaw
Its starting to look like Ian "Greasy" McCaw must have 9 lives ...

Jerry Falwell's Liberty University hired McCaw after the trainwreck he helped create at Baylor.

McCaw resurfaces

He was the AD at NU from 1997 - 2002. He was the AD that hired Don Brown (current defensive coord. at Michigan) who led the football program to our only A-10 conference championship in '02.

Greasy came across as approachable and willing to discuss how the NU programs were doing.

But he BS'd alums on the Cabot Gym renovations, which came up embarrassing short and left us a glorified high school gym.

He used NU and UMass as a stepping stone. Not big deal and nothing wrong with that.

But he always carried himself as being above that, and he wasn't.
