"In today's Jonesboro Sun, Anderson said that after watching the video replay a million times, frame by frame, he does not think there was the "iron-clad, 100% proof" necessary to overrule the TD call."

Were his eyes shut when he was watching the replay?

It isn't love for Anderson that brings me to his defense. It is just the disgust I feel towards Blowhard SeminAhole because he thinks he is the king of all knowledge when it comes to the Sunbelt and its teams.

It was close to being a good lateral but the knee was down imo. Time for Anderson to forget it and move on to prepping for the TX St game. That is the game that is important now.

The knee was definitely down, his hip was almost on the ground.

RE: Congrats Cajuns
As much as I didn't want it to be, Hansen's knee was down before the toss, 100%, without any doubts. I really don't know how anyone could see anything differently. What I think is a big flaw in instant replay is the 100% evidence needed to overturn the call on the field and the fact that they let things play out. I understand letting things play out, because you don't want to cost someone a TD because you blew the play dead when it really wasn't. Take the Hansen play. What if the ref saw Hansen's knee hit first but had second doubts and wanted to let it play out and let instant replay take care of it. However, a player is in the way of the best angle and you can only say with 95% certainty that he was down, so it's not overturned. Why does the call on the field weigh so much more than 95% certainty on the review?
