Coach Swanson and staff on a roll, just picking up a verbal commit from 6'3" C Caroline Stover, out of Mass. Beat the men to the first 2018 commit.

Picked up another commit yesterday: PG Eva Hodgson from Lowell, MA. She plays for the New Hampton School, a prep school in NH.

WBB also offered Class of 2019 6'2" forward Silke Milliman from Northfield, MA.

Seems like the staff has a good grasp on recruiting the Bay State.

With the number of prep/private schools in New England, Im not sure why we dont often have more players of all teams recruited from these areas. Seems like they would be an easy fit for the required academic WM student athlete profile and WM offers better athletic competition than most of the liberal arts schools up there. Also, its easy to tempt kids to get out of the cold. I think Richmond has been doing this for awhile.
