Women's Basketball Stings Delaware State 82-48 in Wire-to-Wire Victory

We're now 5-1 with a 63-50 win over Dartmouth. Hard to find womens RPIs, but we were at 136 before this game, which is surprisingly only 5th in the CAA. I know it's early, and RPI doesn't mean a ton, but this program seems to be on the rise.

The Tribe was up by 26 with 5:13 to play, but Dartmouth scored the last 13 points. The W&M starters were on the bench for pretty much the whole 4th quarter.

This team needs to make a move this year as we will lose two senior scorers in Tremba and Massaquel. Next year might be a semi rebuilding year. Coach Swanson has done a marvelous job and elevated this program.

I don't think they'll be rebuilding. They have Green, Rendle,and Boggs back and the younger girls are getting good minutes. The recruits coming in look good. Also, Ali Englehart hasn't played this year. I assume she's hurt. She was good last year as a freshman off the bench.

Low quality game, we're up 18-12 at half

We ended up winning 48-32, but it was UGLY. American looked pretty bad but our defense also smothered them.

Team is now 6-1 going into exam period. This may have been an "ugly" win but this group is playing tough basketball.
