Baltimore State Attorney Marilyn Mosby has deleted a tweet of a picture that appeared to show her daughter filling out her mother's ballot as a vote for Hillary Clinton, possibly violating a Maryland law against the use of electronic devices in the voting booth.

It's a secret ballot but if you want the world to know who you voted for then fine.

Don't get me wrong though, that creature is incompetent and should be disbarred--and she would if she wasn't part of a protected class.

Eric Trump tweeted out a picture of his ballot today voting for his dad too. Another illegal action that he quickly deleted. But too late - it's already out there on the world wide web.

But I think this is one of those illegal activities that is silly and outdated. It's not like his tweet is going to surprise anyone or change their mind on who to vote for.

if one of the police officers she tried to prosecute had done that, she may have gotten a conviction. It would have been the most damning evidence against them she had.

It's illegal in SC to take a photo of your ballot. Signs weee everywhere stating that.
