What bet did you make with UMV?
HRC wins, UTSA leaves Spin Room forever (and is forum banned if he fails at this).
DJT wins, I leave the Spin Room forever (and will be forum banned if I fail at this).
Good gawd, that's like betting on that thing Tulane calls a football team. You guys both need to back off that bet. Both of you are good posters here.

I accept, and, on the off chance Hillary pulls out Georgia (SurveyMonkey has it tied again this morning, though I don't believe it), same condition applies.
I might take a break as well. What I envision is Hillary winning, and me and my progressive friends working to hold her feet to the fire on DK and elsewhere. There will be no honeymoon with the progressive base. Administration positions and TPP will be immediate concerns we'll have to tackle even before she's sworn in. We have no reason to trust her or her closest advisers.
Speaking of taking a break. What happened to TIL? Haven't seen him here in over a week.
He's still been posting pretty frequently on the Sun Belt board, must just be taking a breather from here, we all need one from time to time. He'll be back to gloat tomorrow I'm sure. lol
If he's hanging there until the election passes, bet you guys are ready for the election to be over as well.
He's a well-informed and appreciated poster about South Alabama and Sun Belt matters actually, hardly ever blames Russia for South Al's football deficiences.lol

Good thing we won't lose any quality posters off of this bet.

For the record, I think Hillary wins but loses Georgia biggly. It was a sucker bet and I feel a little guilty.
I'm probably clearing out of here for a bit regardless....its a net negative arguing with no chance of meeting in the middle.
If Max loses, he free to stay under the following condition:
For one week, Max is precluded from spiking the ball, no gloating, no poking the bear when it comes to Trump or Johnson supporters. If I'm not around, the board can police this condition.
See ya around, fellas.
And oh, for those ankle biting fanboys, Lemme says:
Yea. It was exceptionally stupid for Max to take that bet straight up. It would be kind of like someone on the other side taking up a bet on Virginia going for Trump.

CNN was just talking about how surprised they are with Ga. exit polls saying it's very close. Clinton should have campaigned there close.

Witnessed several cars, some luxury, some beat up, driving through downtown Atlanta with big Trump flags and banners waving out of windows and sunroofs, and many people honking and cheering their support all day. This was unorganized and occurred throughout the day in several different locations as I was out and about most of the day in and around the city, north and south. I had never witnessed this kind of display for a political candidate, from such a diverse group of drivers and apparent incomes, and in such a diverse string of locations.
Only time I remembered seeing stuff like this was when sports teams that had not been good in years suddenly were at the cusp of winning championships. (Braves, Magic, etc...) I think there were a LOT of people of all backgrounds, ages and beliefs that got fed up with Hiliary and jumped on the Train.
