It makes me wonder if they know and fear that something big is coming and are trying to get out ahead of it to mitigate the damage.
As a PR/Communications person why would you intentionally remind people about Wikileaks?
You would bury the negative and try and dance away from it not direct attention to it.
Very odd move...

Yep, she knows better (or at least should know better, but then again, we're talking about the Clinton campaign) and how this will backfire, i.e. Streisand effect. There must be something coming.
