News links for this particular story:

(knowyourmeme isn't news per se, but I do find their social commentary entertaining)

Another year, another noticeable lack of representation for the Great Old Ones. This does not please them

I think this has to be a media generated frenzy. I didnt know of one person that was mad about it last year, and none this year so far. And I live in the capital of the Bible belt.

Last year it was the same thing. The media's trying to get conservatives mad. Starbucks has no malice in this.

Virtually anyone can put out an acceptable cup of coffee... except Starbucks. Really don't understand people spending big money on bad coffee.

Started home roasting beans recently. Wish I had been doing this for years.

Folgers Coffee is the most expensive that I'll go. Hmmm, I love it. Any Folgers people out there needing a actor to promote your coffee? I'm it.

I need my four cups every morning.

I don't drink coffee at all. Maybe had 2 cups in my life. One when I was like 5 and one when I just got out of boot camp.

I've been drinking coffee since I was in grade school. I love it. My wife on the other hand has NEVER had a cup. I tell her to try it and she tells me she doesn't like it. Women!

She likes how it smells though. LOL

My situation is the opposite. My wife loves it, but doesn't drink it often because it has to be done a specific way. Indian families have some type of special prep.

With that being said, I don't like beer or wine either. I have to drink bock or something like that.
