Yea, he owned it. Clarifying that it shouldn't have been an "indictment is likely" but that "it is/was likely that an indictment will be sought".

The entirely corrupt DOJ under the contemptible withHolder, and now the amazingly even worse if that's possible LYNCH, has to seek the indictment through a Grand Jury and other procedures. It's highy questionable whether they will do that since they too are complicit in this entire thing.

finally, a clinton is going to be held accountable -- well, unless she wins the election and avoids prosecution by firing all the prosecutors. but that usually only happens in banana republics.

Because FN doesn't lose any credibility with the types of people who actually tune in to that entertainment channel and listen to what it has to say.

The DOJ is a political organization who wants to maintain the status quo. Not to mention a lot of them at the very least could be in legal trouble if the investigation would go to Grand Jury. The DOJ has blocked grand jurys/supeonas/warrants for this entire investigation.

The DOJ is just as pro-Hillary as the FBI is pro-trump
