Yeah, easy to say "you should have to earn your right to vote ... by standing in line for three hours" when you're (semi-)retired and/or can take off work to vote during off-hours. 07-coffee3

I've voted in every election since I turned 18, including primaries and runoffs, including the time I was away in college and when I was full time employed. There is absolutely no reason why a perfectly healthy person can't vote in the existing system in South Carolina other than laziness.

My son is stationed at Ft Bliss in El Paso, TX and has spent the last month and a half primarily in the field between exercises and gunnery training and he was able to submit his absentee ballot. I know it's a dirty word for you leftists but at some point there has to be a level of personal responsibility here.

Right, so you agree that absentee ballots are legitimate.

So at least how it works in MN, is that you can fill out your absentee ballot in person, then they seal it up and put it in the safe. To be opened on election day.


That is 100% valid and you have nothing to say that could ever discredit that method -- if you believe absentee ballots are legit.
