The two half rule is hard and fast when ejected for targeting. Is it the same if it is just an ejection for something else? Sometimes with things like that the league office may review and suspend for some time.

Props to the defense for pitching a shutout. Seven points on a special teams blunder and two more in a logical decision. That's two years straight we've shuttered their offense. Really too bad we dropped last week...

RE: Stony Brook
Big congrats for the play of the defense today. They stepped up big time. Shut out the Seawolves.

Also, for the guys on offense who stepped in and did enough to win. Next man up! No Dedmon, Christian, Armstrong. Kuzjak left in the second half, no Anderson. Martinelli and Hilland playing on one leg, with one arm (maybe a little exaggeration).

Kuzjak was the go to guy until hurt, good to see Hart on the field. Kinder again proved his worth too.

Hopefully we can get our guys healthy by next week, it would be great to send the senior class off with 3 in a row and a winning record.

I actually got to see the "kick" on replay. I don't think it warrants a suspension. Or an ejection or even a penalty. It looked like to the defender was twisting on his ankle and Ken "kicked" to break his grip. Did I miss something?

RE: Stony Brook
Several sources said Ken was just trying to free himself from the player's grip. Unfortunately, the Referees in the game definitely wanted to break in the new whistles, as they used them early and often. Luckily, most calls were against Stony Brook. Ken just chose the wrong game to use that method of working free.

That's two games straight we've shut them out. How we've done that vs a team with a back like Bedell is beyond me.

Agreed. It does help that they were totally one dimensional allowing us to key the run.

Just watched a full replay of the game. I actually thought we played quite well. Cluley played mistake free. The defense tightened up. We probably would have put some more points up if we were healthy and Anderson didn't get ejected. Our staff completely out coached Stony Brook as well. We game prepped very well and made in game decisions nearly flawlessly.
