They're a good team, but I don't think they are some super power. Y'all beat them last year, and I'm not really that impressed with any MAC teams. I think our speed gives us an advantage over their teams. Besides Fleck will likely be out the door at that point of the year similar to Bowling Green last year.

Fleck has had his opportunities to relocate to P5 and hasn't done so. He's making 800K plus right now so he can wait on a great opportunity when it comes. I just don't see him bailing for a mediocre BIG10 / BIG12 school.

If Fleck plays his cards right, he'll receive a great opportunity at a school that is not in full rebuild. That's not saying a great opportunity won't come in 6-10 weeks. There's some strong football programs right now with weak leadership.

There's a reason USA fans should be worried about this bowl season. Idaho would be the first pick for the Tuscon Bowl. We could go 8-4, beat a ranked team, beat a P5 and stay home.

We have been sbc champs before and and gone to GMAC bowl over New Orleans when New Orleans had first choice. But I believe they didn't want a rematch of the previous New Orleans bowl against us and Southern miss. They can pass on the champ as long as the champ is accommodated

Again, I feel New Orleans will take the conference Champ. Troy/App game the be the biggest deciding factor at this time for the championship.

Do we really want to send Arky State to our biggest bowl game? They haven't won an out of conference game against an FBS team since 2013.

Pretty Much. I'm just saying it's not a sure thing that the Troy/App winner will win the conference. If App wins, they'll at least share the league, but Troy could still win that game and easily finish 2nd.

Chief if App were to win the SBC where do you think we'd go bowling? You seem to understand their selection process better than most. I lean towards the DG bowl unfortunately.

If we don't win I think it comes down to whether USA or GS is bowl eligible, if USA is we go to the Cure, if GS is we head back to Camellia IMO.
