Why do you think that? Are other ethnic groups going to join the "minority" side to get it near half the population? White people are far and away the largest ethnic group in this country and make up the majority of gun owners. If it's just fringe members of the AA community it will end quickly.

Plus, if it gets to a shooting match then the army will have to take control to put it down. Once that happens, the end will be swift.
