My Sample Ballot (Brunswick County, NC)
So because this election is so important in NC, as both a battleground state and with so much of a financial hit due to HB2 and such, and since I feel comfortable sharing with you guys, I decided to provide the results of my initial "sample ballot", and see what you guys think.

I went through this process as carefully as I could, but my guess is you all will have valuable input. Be as harsh as you'd like to be with critique.

President: Gary Johnson (Libertarian) -- I know, he doesn't know anything about Aleppo or world leaders. I just can't in good conscience vote for Clinton, and even less for Trump. I also would like to see the Libertarian Party grow, as evidenced by selections of other Libertarian candidates in lesser races below.
• US Senate: Sean Haugh (Libertarian)
• US House: David Rouzer ( R )
• NC Governor: Lon Ceil (Libertarian)
• NC Lieut. Gov.: Jacki Cole (Libertarian)
• NC Attorney General: Buck Newton ( R )
• NC Auditor: Chuck Stuber
• NC Commish of Agriculture: Walter Smith (D)
• NC Commish of Insurance: Mike Causey ( R )
• NC Commish of Labor: Cherie Berry ( R )
• NC Secretary of State: Michael LaPaglia ( R )
• NC Superintendent of Public Instruction: Mark Johnson ( R )
• NC Treasurer: Dale R. Folwell ( R )
• NC State Senate – District 8: Gary Rabon ( R )
• NC House of Reps – District 17: Charles Warren (D)
• Board of Commissioners – District 3: Pat Sykes ( R )
• Board of Commissioners – District 4: Mike Forte ( R )
• Board of Commissioners – District 5: Frank Williams ( R )
• Board of Education – District 1: Ed Lemon ( R )
• Board of Education – District 2: Sharon Woodard Crawford (D)
• Board of Education – District 4: Ellen Millingan ( R )
• Register of Deeds: Brenda Mercer Clemmons ( R )
• NC Supreme Court Assoc. Justice: Robert H. (Bob) Edmunds
• NC Court of Appeals Judge: Phil Berger, Jr. ( R )
• NC Court of Appeals Judge: Hunter Murphy ( R )
• NC Court of Appeals Judge: Bob Hunter ( R )
• NC Court of Appeals Judge: Richard Dietz ( R )
• NC Court of Appeals Judge: Valerie Zachary ( R )
• NC District Court Judge – District 13: W. Richard Cox
• NC District Court Judge – District 13: C. Ashley Gore
• NC District Court Judge – District 13: Scott L. Ussery
• Soil and Water: Tony Wayne Street
• Referenda - Brunswick County Bonds: YES

RE: My Sample Ballot (Brunswick County, NC)
I'm watching the NC Gubernatorial Debate. Neither are doing a good job trying to earn my vote away from (Libertarian) Lon Cecil. To sum up the first 15 minutes:

Cooper: We have to repeal HB2
McCrory: Yes we do but you started it.
Cooper: We have to repeal HB2.
McCrory: You didn't deny you started it.

-----------------------------------------------------

Moderator: Which bathroom would Caitlyn Jenner use in Charlotte?
Cooper: We shouldn't get involved in this stuff.
McCrory: In the private sector, who cares. In the public sector, men's shower.
