TROOPER DRIVES GRIEVING MAN 100 MILES TO BE WITH HIS FAMILY
Quote:DETROIT, MI (KTRK) -- A heartbroken brother was able to attend his sister's funeral because of the kindness of an Ohio trooper.

Early Sunday morning, Mark Ross found out his 15-year-old sister was killed in a car crash. He and a friend immediately started driving from Indiana to Michigan. They got pulled over in Ohio for speeding.

His friend had an outstanding warrant, and was taken into custody and the car was towed.

But the sergeant offered to drive mark the 100 miles to his home in Detroit.

Ross said, "As I was getting out of the car, he just reached over and was like, 'Mark? Can I pray for you?' 'Sure. Go ahead, I need it.' And he said one of the most meaningful heartfelt prayers and it really touched me."

The grieving family members were so thankful, they invited the trooper to attend the funeral.

Honestly it's a great story thanks for posting it. Why ruin what the guy did with your last sentence? The trooper wouldn't approve and I'm saying a prayer for your soul. Too much hatred in this world. Totally ruins the spirit of your post. Sad!

The spirit was already ruined when the left decided to push a false narrative... funny how they didnt even mention the race of the cop. 07-coffee3

Thank Goodness this trooper is not as jaded as you. We got this great story because of it. Reminds me of my Ohio State Trooper buddy. He would give you the shirt off his back.

Mach is mad his hero was a bad guy.

In the restraining order last fall, Rakeyia Scott sought to keep her husband away because “he hit my 8 year old in the head a total of three times with his fist,” she said in the restraining order document.

“He kicked me and threaten to kill us last night with his gun,” she said in the order filed in Gaston County, where the couple then lived. “He said he is a ‘killer’ and we should know that.”

Rakeyia Scott checked boxes on the form informing law officers who would serve the restraining order that her husband had neither a permit issued by a county sheriff to buy a handgun nor a state permit to carry a concealed handgun, which requires a criminal background check.

According to court documents, Rakeyia Scott said Keith Scott “assaulted me several times by stabbing me in the back, almost puncturing my lungs, he sliced me [sic] ear and bruised my body.”

Scott was convicted of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. He fired more than 10 rounds from a 9-millimeter pistol during the incident, a spokesman for the Texas Department of Criminal Justice confirmed to WBTV’s newspaper partner The Charlotte Observer.

Great Story.

It just goes to show that you don't HAVE to arrest someone even if you have a reason to do it.

I can't believe how sick and twisted one's mind has to be to try and take that great story of humanity and try to pervert it into something totally opposite. What kind of demented mind would that have to take? Then to call someone with a Traumatic Brain Injury who was clearly not acting right someone's hero. The whole episode is a tragedy really and the race hustlers take sides and try to score points on the other side. It just doesn't compute with me. It's like a poison of hatred that dilutes one's soul.
