Your links mention nothing of $8.2M. Where are you getting that from? The headline of the stoy's link in the Washington Post is Trump used $258,000 from his charity to settle legal problems However, the facts in the story are that his business paid his charitable foundation and not the other way around. Maybe not the politically expedient thing to do, but legal. Nobody is claiming that Trump is an angel. Hillary used her foundation to sell influence to steer US foreign policy and put our nation's interest at risk. Yuge difference.

One has to ignore their own candidates shenanigans before feigning outrage about the other.

Anyone who manages to somehow drag Obama into this has no right to call themselves impartial.

Hell if Obama tried to encourage an FEC investigation on trump the cons would make a massive stink out of that.

It may look off on the surface, as per the paragraph in the article:

So by law it is completely legitimate, because it's still being used for business purposes. I think it got asked last election why Romney didn't use the loophole, when he could have done so legally.

It'll be interesting to see if that loophole gets closed after this election cycle is done, or if more big money people start using it more often.

Except... He (and his campaign) is LEGALLY OBLIGATED to reimburse for expenses incurred when used in or for political campaigns and campaigning.

So he owns freaking Mar-a-lago. And decides to hold a rally or meetings or whatever there. His campaign HAS TO pay for that. Has to.
