Is Texas State ranked in that poll but App isn't?

I can't wait to see Southern play WMU. With what seems like a rejuvenated defense in Statesboro, reading all of the game week press of how WMU is going to roll should be relatively exciting.

F/+ is a really good ranking but it needs about 5 weeks of data to flush out last year's results to really get a good idea about what is going on this year.

The fact that it carries over data from the previous year keeps wild variance from happening though....unless you have a massive collapse like UCF did.
