We had way more problems than just a QB.

Then that is something to be concerned about. The entire game was something to be concerned about in my opinion. However, at least when things were going tough last season you had a guy to bail you out when he started to get hot, not to mention a defense with a killer instinct. Maybe all of that will develop in time but the first game showed nothing to warrant a Top 15 spot in the G5.

Arkansas is next week. We're on a crappy early bye week this week.

1) App lost to Tennessee who was terrible and is in no position to poke fun at stAte...both are 0-1

2) App has yet to win the SBC

It isn't a "G5 Poll". I extrapolated the G5 teams from the 1-128 rankings which created a Top 15 for the G5 based on those rankings. CBS refers to it as a Poll and it doesn't show anywhere that I could find whether it was one sports writer or fifteen responsible for the rankings.

One game does not a season make...try to keep these 2 things in mind...

1.) Tennessee played poorly due to two things: Vanilla play calling on offense, piss poor execution at the line of scrimmage.

2.) Past seasons don't dictate what will happen this season. Becoming the first Belt team to win 11 games and one of two teams to win a Bowl game their first eligible season to win a Bowl game.

The fact of the matter is that everyone is concerned about State. I think the biggest issue is that no one wants to see the face of the conference belly flop OOC only to win the conference for one reason or another. Last season it was because App's center went down().

Regardless, you all have some kinks to work out. According to Seminole, the talent is in place to win the National Championship. The coaching staff just needs to get it together.
