We need another NC St. player to take his helmet off on the field

Our DB's are really having a hard time getting off blocks

RE: Game week: NC State
I think NC. St has run 3 different plays the entire half. A swing pass to the RB, a screen, and runs up the middle.

40 plays later, we still haven't learned how to stop any of them

That was not a face mask...he didn't even touch it! WTF? Why didn't we challenge that?

Because you can't challenge a face mask?

I get that we have some young guys on D, but I don't get Steve Clulely playing like he has since that first drive .... Just can't have that out of our Senior QB with multiple years of experience and all these weapons making such horrible mistakes

That was holding on that TD by the way. We were due for a classic 56-7 ass kicking one of these years. Regression to the mean

I don't know what I am more afraid of to start the 2nd half. Our defense taking the field or Cluley throwing the ball

78 total yards in the first half. Yep, that ain't gonna cut it. 306 for the Pack.

Honestly no point in bringing the starters out for the 2nd half. We don't need any more injuries

I guess we will see coming out of the half if there is fight on this team or if they are just ready to move on. Either way, they can't afford any more injuries.

I agree on McKee, why was Kendall even in?? I like Arman Jones at LB, he looks better than Harvey on this evening. No pressure on their QB's. I hope this means NC State is really good this year.

Amazingly, 6 NCST players have rushed the ball (mostly Dayes) and 10 different players have had a reception, in the first half. No chance of fatigue there.

Wow. That was disappointing. I think we can have a successful second half still but I'm not sure we can make up 21 points

It's simple sit the starters. I don't see us having another tough game until Richmond. They are stronger and faster than us. Everyone has a bad game once in a while. Let's just look next week to Hampton and win that game.

I think we should definitely sit Anderson the rest of the way and not risk his shoulder getting any worse

Offense will come around as the season goes, lots of experience and skill guys. Nice to see young guys get some chances on defense, but still concerned there overall.

On a positive note, DD and Christian are going to petrify opposing defenses and kick coverage units the next two years!
