Observation: The camera isn't "obsessed" with the east grandstand point of view. I'm sure Heather talked to the ESPN crew and worked it out to pan lower and swing the camera to other parts of the stadium. The big block E looks great over there by the Convo. Good stuff so far.

I'm confused. Darien Terrell announced that he was no longer able medically to play. However, he is the only 71 on the roster and was called for a penalty...

To answer my own question, I just heard on wemu that Thornton is wearing 71 to honor Terrell

He's looked okay. Definitely first game jitters/small mistakes but nothing earth shattering.
