and I read and speak the language poorly, all I can say Marcus is a major signing for this well-known European team and they are very excited to have him.It appears to say he'll be their starting point guard and that he comes from the Celtics.

It appears he's no longer associated with the Celtics. True?

I think the Celtics still have his rights, so he is still associated with the team.

Celtics still have his draft rights, so, no change. Too many guards in their pipeline and no where for him to move up. Wish they'd trade his rights, so, he'd get a better shot. Didn't have any impact in Celtics summer league.

Hard to see VCU's Briante Weber (Miami) and Troy Daniels (Memphis) in there, and Marcus not....Got to improve his defense.

Glad, also, to see Sean switch to playing in Zurich...Far better experience than where he was originally penned.

Here's a corresponding CBS Sports blurb about the signing. No real change for Marcus; the Celtics have a ton of draft picks (mostly guards) and he hasn't separated himself from the pack yet. He's going to play overseas to try to improve. Looks like his new team was 5-11 last year, but I can't really tell much more. The roster page isn't showing up, and the league page for the team only has 6 players on it.
