That would be amazing, but I don't think it's possible. The only NY6 games that are open to the G5 (outside of the CFP) are the Fiesta, Cotton, and Peach. Peach and Fiesta and CFP spots for this season, so that only leaves the Cotton.

I dont see how its possible since the orange is strictly an acc/cfp bowl tie-in. It's not included in the g5 auto bid.

Orange Bowl contract is ACC champ (or next highest ranked ACC team as replacement if champ is in Playoff) vs highest ranked available from SEC, BigTen, or Notre Dame. At large available spots already noted.

The only way a team outside of the ACC, B1G, SEC or Notre Dame can ever play in the Orange Bowl is in years when it hosts a semi-final (and your team is in the playoffs).

The Sugar and Rose Bowls are similar, except they are even more restrictive in non-playoff years.
