He's injected life into the department, gotten some things done, appears to have made good hires.

The one piece of egg on his face really wasn't his fault and that was the fiasco with originally giving Bruce Peddie a one year contract. That was on Bruno, who, in my opinion, couldn't care less if athletics succeeds or fails despite his lip service.

I agree. They were really disappointed when Wickstrom left UCR. He had done a very good job at UCR turning that program around. They were making progress on projects at the school and fundraising was going very well. Community and alumni relations had improved. Wickstrom only left UCR because ULM was an FBS school. He actually took a cut in salary to take the ULM job. His salary at UCR was $199,000 and his salary at ULM was $145,000 when he was hired. From the outside, it looks like he has done a pretty good job at ULM.

Where's my mic drop gif when I need it, lol

I thought the two failed attempts at similar (but not as bad) G5 jobs and coming up short was indicative of my statement that Wick can't find another job.

There ya go...you're talking again.

Yep. Making all kinds of sense too.

What happened to the President that was there previously? I can't remember his name. I think he hired Staub if I recall.

I looked it up since nobody would help me out.

James Cofer was the fellas name.
