When I played soccer in HS, wall sits were the worst. We'd rather run for 30 minutes than do wall sits for 10.

We also did a conditioning drill where we lied down and raised out feet six inches off the ground. We were all in a row so the coaches would walk across our stomachs. Since the core muscles were already straining, we barely felt a grown man walking across us.
