RE: G5 Attendance
With LSU on the road opening weekend, we'll have 35k+ for Boise state. Unless we get horrible weather (possible) we'll have over 40k for mcneese. Good weather, we will break stadium record of 41k and some change.

RE: G5 Attendance
Ohio's numbers are not great, though best in the MAC but we play the crappiest home schedules in the country.
2015 Home Schedule
9/12 Marshall (Sat)
9/19 Gardner Webb (Sat)
10/10 Miami (Sat)
10/17 Western Michigan (Sat)
11/10 Kent State (Tue)
11/17 Ball State (Tue)
On a home schedule like ECU's I'm sure we could have averaged 30,000
ECU 2015 schedule
9/5 Towson (Sat)
9/26 Virginia Tech (Sat)
10/17 Tulsa (Sat)
10/22 Temple (Thur)
11/07 South Florida (Sat)
11/28 Cincinnati (Sat)
They don't play midweek games and they get a P5 school in the stadium every year.

Could you provide a source for those figures? I am interested because I think stAte would have had a much higher $$ amount from 2014 to 2015 based on the following:
stAte eclipsed the 10,000 mark in season tickets for the first time in school history
stAte opened up brand new luxury suites in 2015 that were not available in 2014.
stAte jacked the ticket price for the Mizzou game and it was reported that the profit from that one home game was around 800k.
I would think our $$ from 2015 would have been significantly higher than the year before. So just wondering where you got your stats and what all factored into the figures posted.
I don't have a clue if they are correct or not for every one but I do know Western's numbers are in line with what I have for 13-14
that would be
MBB $874,897
WBB $111,683
FB $978,068
(the minor sports made up the difference )
USA list the total as $2,098,880
the list sports above total $1,973,648

You can't always relate high attendance numbers to cash...
start by removing the students and then freebies (family and friends of the program...each player has 4 freebie ticket the athletic dept will use for friends of the program if not used by the player) and discounted tickets.

We had record season ticket sales and pricey Mizzou tickets on top of that so sonething does seems off.

It's hard to say if these numbers are based on the previous season...with the numbers coming out the next.
I know the numbers I have are from Western's first year in CUSA because it also list the money we got from the conference in it.

We've gotten a lot better at reporting numbers lately. But I have decades of not trusting any number that came out of us and so I'm always skeptical of everything.
