My wife and I both know her......she was serving in that Cafeteria when we attended UL

Ubetcha! She was a fixture back when I was young and studly.....and I will definitely not reveal how long that's been, lol.

And the story they told about her was almost as awesome as she is. I knew all about her and was still moved beyond words.

The most important thing you guys need to know is that this area is FULL of people like her and her ethics.

ETA: as an added bonus, they called us 'University of Louisiana' IN Lafayette.

And I'd also be remiss if I didn't add that the cafeteria she served us in, and the brand new one they are in now..........that also is beyond words, lol.
