The court case filed by a new yorker (at the urging of Trump) to keep Cruz off the ballot due to being born in Canada has been dismissed.

All this court case did was to give Cruz some talking points, such as he has already beaten Donald in New York once.

Why? This is a simple question that will be decided by legal arguments, not 'testimony'. The facts are pretty clear about his birth. I'm not saying there won't be a suit... I'm saying that Cruz won't be involved in it. Yes, he's an attorney, but he will hire 'the best' team available and let them handle it.
