DIVISION I NATIONAL PLAYERS OF THE WEEK

Quote:DALLAS (NCBWA) – The National Collegiate Baseball Writers Association released its National Player of the Week awards for the period ending March 6. Dallas Baptist junior infielder Darik Hall was named National Hitter of the Week, while Texas State senior right-hander Lucas Humpal was named National Pitcher of the Week. The NCBWA Board reviews candidates from each Division I Conference each week and names winners each Tuesday throughout the season.

I wish our men's basketball per game average was about that level as well like we used to get. ;-)

The difference in attendance average between the two sports is about 250. Baseball having the upper hand at the moment.
