Let me start off saying its been an exhausting year for Philly sports. Especially with our Dragons and I believe everyone knows it is a time for change. It can't be ignored at this point and I would be shocked If Bruiser comes back next year( my guess the AD will stay). Assuming no one transfers and no one decommits.

There is alot of time time before the end of the year, so I thought this thread could be fun to discuss/debate. Try to keep this debate reasonable.

The Big Question: Who should we target? What type of Coach and Scheme would you like to see here at Drexel?


My answer: Question 1- I want a young Asst coach from a Power Conference.Question 2- I want an aggressive/vocal type of coach i.e Bruiser esque but, with better logic/game planning and doesnt scream just to scream. Also, who ever the new coach is I hope they keep Bobby Jordan as he seems to be a good recruiter.

At this point any change would be welcomed, regardless of ability or scheme. For my personal opinion find someone who will be a grea ambassador of moving Drexel basketball further. One who not only wants to win, but demands it. They probably need to fit the bill of what the NCAA wants the game to look like nowadays as well, which is much more run and gun. I would be fine with a coach who could actually make adjustments on the fly that plays a nice inside out game. Feed the bigs and attack the basket but be looking to dish if the defense collapses, instead of recklessly attacking and never looking elsewhere. Good ball movement would be nice.
