If that was the case why did he follow him to PSU from Vandy?

The article I read said he didn't have a lot of confidence in Franklin to keep his job at Penn State like he could at Vandy

PSU was 7 & 6 in 2015.

Shoop was also C-DC at both PSU & Vandy.

Now he is DC.

I had no idea. I thought he was the stand alone DC at Penn St
