Notice how Gettys is back in with 2 fouls? Yeah. Only guy who can get an offensive board against this team. Or a defensive board.

That's all fine and good. But other than maybe Cacok, he's the only guy against this particular team who happens to be on the roster who can rebound tonight. That's kind of important. Wish we could grow athletic, big, 6-10 guys but we don't have them.

Ingram with a long banked in 3 at the buzzer to cut it to 11 at the half.

We look disinterested in defense and even trying for rebounds. Literally watched Ingram jack up a 3 while Sherwood watched from the perimeter with nobody between him and the basket. As soon as Towson grabbed the board he goes streaking in there.

This crap pisses me off to watch. Not sure what these guys are even thinking.

Also, this is a team we should zone to stop the drive and prevent their inside scoring. We could then play Ogbodo, Bryan, Flemmings, Bryce and Talley. Ogbodo and Bryan are better at boxing out and getting rebounds if that's the problem.

Gettys has 0 rebounds because he got in foul trouble early. The rest of our big men have something like 2 rebounds combined. I'm not saying Gettys WILL get boards off this team. Just that he and Cacok are the only ones ABLE to because of their size. Bryan and Chuck have gotten a bunch of minutes tonight but are totally ineffective on the glass.

Yeah, maybe if Sherwood hit his threes more often we'd have a shot too. But he's been cold as ice lately. I wouldn't let him shoot another one tonight. I wouldn't let this team shoot another three as a whole until they learn how to score inside the arc somewhat consistently.

He doesn't have ONE rebound. Not one. In 9 minutes of play. That's almost half of the first half. Nearly 25% of the game. Not ONE. it's not bc of foul trouble man. It's bc he can't play at this level.

Wtf? So all of a sudden you think I believe CJ to be a good player? No. My point is, tonight, against the best frontcourt in the conference, we need him in there, because literally no one on this team is getting rebounds at the moment. Do you have an argument against this? Is 6-7 Marcus Bryan going to get it done tonight?

I would love it if we had some really good frontcourt players who can dominate the boards. We don't have a guy like that at the moment. Maybe Chuck is still hurt, and we definitely know Devontae is experiencing growing pains. Whatever the reasons, we're losing basically every rebounding battle tonight. What's your solution?

Gettys, Chuck, Devontae and Marcus all have one rebound apiece. I'd love it if one of them would figure it out.

EDIT: Marcus just got his 2nd board. Sweet.

We just have more chemistry without Gettys in general. I'd play Bryan, Ogbodo, Cacock and Grundy tonight. Where is Grundy? I think this is a game he could contribute.

G'town had much bigger players and we did fine without Gettys.

Talley is going to be crucial down the stretch. Good thing he only has 1 foul.
