Cool site to monitor player efficiency ratings/stats
Here's a nice site that measures player efficiency. I'd look at the overall picture here instead of just 2 conference games. It really looks like Flemmings is killing it this year. And, it doesn't take a genius to see that. BTW...Stilljonsing brought this our attention last year so let's give him the credit.

In conference play Flemmings is shooting .400 and Ingram is at .545, with one other at 39%. Hopefully, since we have shot better from 3 in the last three games, it's a good sign.

Both games were at home where we probably should shoot better. Let's see how we look on the road.

Our best game by far was on the road, at ETSU. I think what we are looking for is more consistently. And that's what the non-conference is supposed to bring. Hope that's what's happening.

Field goal percentage: .455 in 7 home games, .449 in 4 away games, .452 overall including neutral site games

Two-point field goal percentage: .521 in 7 home games, .513 in 4 away games, .520 overall including neutral site games

Three-point field goal percentage: .331 in 7 home games, .271 in 4 away games, .309 overall including neutral site games

Free throw percentage: .697 in 7 home games, .648 in 4 away games, .699 overall including neutral site games (UNCW shot free throws best in neutral site games)

UNCW shoots two-pointers about the same home and away and shoots three-pointers and free throws significantly better at home.

Not surprising. Good shooters get used to certain rims and feel more comfortable on their home rims.

I've been a good shooter all my life, and i can tell you it's less about rims and more about background and surroundings. I played in tiny gyms my whole life and then went to basketball camp at Syracuse when i was 13. I was worthless the first few days of camp because i wasn't used to the background. Regardless though, your point stands, you should be better at home.

As a half decent shooter myself, I 110% agree with hoops. Less about rims and more on the background that can alter your perception of the distance.

Agree 100% and Trask has the softest rims ever and a great shooting background.
