it's never a good thing to lose a damn fine assistant Coach but if you do, at least perception wise, it looks a damn sight better to lose one to a P5 program. I wish Jay well.....he's going home....

It should be interesting to see who we hire. Edenfield will get the first call again. Akron OC Milwee will get a call. Possibly Shannon Dawson, but he is a long shot since HUD likes to have guys who he is close with on staff. But Dawson was a Cajun for a short time in his playing days. Shannon and I use to kill it on the scout team.

I didn't say he was. In fact, I didn't say anything other than I'm happy.

He's getting a much better job at a much better salary. What's not to like about that? Sends the message to those thinking about joining our program that there is movement up.
