Instead of seeing that the issues are at the top, TXST has let go 2 S&C guys along with a position coach (who that is, the AD has yet to confirm).

Of course we wouldn't expect the AD to see himself as the problem. So he just (apparently) let's Fran lie blame elsewhere.

Info of openings (along with looking for new DC) was obtained from the Texas State employment page.

That's the main problem. It's a no win situation for anyone coming in. I know we kept the same S&C guys from before (Fran) but they have now also been made a scapegoat position here. At worst (at least for fans) this is a 2 year gig because Fran isn't going to be out until after 2017, regardless (that's what it's looking like unfortunately). Really late to be doing this but they had to decide who were going to be the fall guys first.

-Still waiting on who the other coach that left/was fired is. If it's the OC then you know no one wants that. Fran gives in to no OC. It's a figurehead job under him and people know it.
