I am hardly an expert on the matter, but I firmly believe that WHEN we beat the Ticks tomorrow, we will be rewarded with a Top 4 Seeding and all of the potential rewards that goes with it. As support for my argument, I offer up the following 2014 seeds:

New Hampshire 10-1 CAA
ND State 11-1 MVC
Jacksonville St 9-2 OVC
Eastern Wash 10-2 Big Sky
Illinois State 10-1 MVC
Villanova 10-2 CAA
Coastal Carolina 11-1 Big South
Chattanooga 9-3 Southern

Now the 2015 rankings before Coastal's loss to Liberty last night:

Jacksonville State 9-1 OVC
McNeese State 9-0 Southland
ND State 8-2 MVC
Coastal Carolina 9-1 Big South
South Dakota St 8-2 MVC
Illinois State 8-2 MVC
William & Mary 8-2 CAA
Charleston Southern 9-1 Big South

My rationale is simple and extremely biased. With Coastal's loss last night, we are left to battle with two MVC teams for the 4th seed. We all three have the same record, and I do not believe that the committee will insult the CAA by giving two MVC teams ( all three have 8-2 records) top 4 seeds and slighting the CAA champion on a seven game winning streak. I also think that 2014 supports my argument because the committee spread the top 4 seeds over 4 conferences even though Illinois State's 10-1 record was better than the teams seeded 3 and 4.

At the end of the day, I believe that it will come down to one thing. In the words of the great motivational speaker, Al Davis, "JUST WIN BABY"!!!
