We tried... we came up short. Kids played hard... but made some huge mistakes on both sides of the ball... period. Couldn't overcome it...

At this point I dont think its necessary to single out an individual... but i will say.. I am more than disappointed in the offensive game plan... it worked on occasion to get a few first downs... but when we reached the red zone... we just totally backfired all over the place... that's a problem....

When we are 3rd and 6 why are we looking at going for 20+? It seemed like ZT was holding the ball for WAY too long again... meaning he must have been trying to wait for something he saw to open up... but if you only need 6 to 10... why are we shooting for the bomb... especially on that last series... NIU pinned their ears back and brought it... and we didn't have a response...

Live and learn...

Go Broncos... hope we can pull a win in Toledo or we likely will be sitting home during the bowl season...

Even with a loss at toledo we likely get a bowl invite. There could very well be a 5-7 team bowling this year with how many bowls there are

Yeah, probably a bowl where we lose a fortune and have to have a bake sale to take the band.

There are 40 bowls. Western will get an invite and get their **** pushed in @Boise again to finish on 4 straight losses.

San Diego Pointsettia Bowl! MAC has 5 bowl games, all of which will be filled by teams with seven wins. We'll be next up at 6-6 and the MAC has the Poinsettia Bowl since Army is not eligible. What a monumental waste of cash that trip will be. It'll make the Texas Bowl look like a bargain.

I've been excited for these bowl games we've been in, following the projections and details, etc. But this year will be different, sadly. I really won't care where we go, who we play. 6-6 and on a 3-game skid.

If we capture lightning in a bottle and beat the Mud Hens you'll change your tune.

You do understand we lose money on these bowls.

Stay home, save the money to pay our overpaid coach's contract
