All I know is that dude looked 35 on the sidelines in person, was posing for photos for WMU fans hamming it up BEFORE the game. Have never seen a more confident looking qb on and off the field. It was frustrating to watch. NEVER got the sense WMU would win that game. Curious to see how much he tears up Toledo. Would be shocked if he does not.

Suppose to rain for the first half with 14-19 mph gusting winds. Anybody that has been to the Doyt knows the stadium is like a wind tunnel anyways with no trees or large buildings to act as wind breaks. The weather will make for some very interesting FB. We'll see who does a better job of adapting to the conditions.

BG should be ranked if they beat UT, simple as that. The opening game in Tennessee has to be the only barrier. Since then, they beat two B1G teams, came within a hair of beating Memphis and is the MAC's lone undefeated.

It was easily blowing 20 to 25 mph for much of the WMU game and he still tore it up. Thought weather would hurt him also, was not a factor here

Johnson didn't tear it up, his QBR and Passing Efficiency were not great.
BG's run game really hurt the Broncos. Johnson's game was good considering the conditions. Broncos Passing Efficiency Defense is #78 and
Scoring Defense is #75. Both of BG's Big Ten wins were against teams that are 2-8. The two good teams BG has faced were losses. The book is still out on WMU. The Broncos best win so far is a home victory over a marginal CMU. Road wins over NIU and Toledo would make the Broncos' season.

Considering the conditions and the game that I watched in person, Johnson tore us up with some "emotion numbing big plays" How much the run success came because of adjustments made to stop Johnson? I do not know. I am just saying, Toledo better find a way to get to this guy on the rush. That offense they have makes it tough because I swear they scored the first TD in the game and you thought, we must be midway through the first quarter, and there was like 13:13 left on the first quarter clock.
