As we discuss the potential of coach being targeted by a bigger school I view the .500 threshold, and winning the MAC west as major thresholds.
If the Broncos win enough to win the division, and coach gets his record over .500 that means good things for us as fans this season, but bad news in a possible coaching change.
I guess my heart says keep winning boys, but I dread another transition period so fast with the potential of next season.
I wish Drew would ask coach if he'll go on the record as being back next year.
An additional thought/question, if coach moved on, is there anyone on staff you'd want to be the head guy who is ready to make next year great like we expect it to be, and if so....who?
As much as it pains me... Mike Hart. Young coach and I think he relates to the players in the similar way that Fleck does. He'd be able to keep our core group of RB here. I don't care that he doesn't have much experience beyond position coach. He's been around the MAC for a while and understands the game.
